My experience was marred by poor customer service. Upon check-in, I encountered a frustrating situation where I was asked to pay again for my room despite having paid in advance. The staff member offered little assistance in resolving the issue and my Christmas was ruined by the lengthy and confusing process, leaving me and my family upset and exhausted.

Checking in was a breeze thanks to the gracious staff member Porchea. She solved issues with such flair, making me feel valued and welcomed.

However, I did encounter inconsistency with my reservation due to communication lapses, which created some initial confusion upon arrival.

Avoid for a decent stay

There was a faint glimmer of hope when the room seemed superficially clean. And the hot water? Well, at least it didn't run out.

But don't let that fool you, it wasn’t cheap either.

The staff were exceptionally professional, but the room condition was disappointing, with missing linens and an overpowering train noise every night.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Boca Raton Municipal Golf Course, which we enjoyed as a family. Having a full kitchen made meal prep easy with our two small kids. The staff was friendly, adding to our pleasant stay.

Had a solid time here! Calvin at the front was super helpful, making sure everything was good during my stay. The room was pretty clean, and I loved the picnic area outside. Just wish the bathroom could use a bit more TLC—had some peeling paint. Overall, no bugs and comfy beds made up for it!

A Comfortable Stay with Friendly Faces

I enjoyed my two-night stay in the Queen Studio while attending FAU events. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcome. The kitchenette was handy for quick meals. A little more dining variety nearby would be a bonus for future guests.
